Welcome to Sucre Dip. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Availability

All products are handmade chocolate-covered treats and may vary slightly in appearance from photos shown on our website or social media.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

All items are subject to availability.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. 

A 50%  Non refundable deposit is required 

Payment must be made in full before order fulfillment and pick-up.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders may require:

  • A non-refundable deposit 50% of total

  • Full payment in advance

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Allergies & Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Milk

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Wheat

  • Gluten

  • Other allergens

While we take precautions, our kitchen is not allergen-free.

By purchasing from Sucre Dip, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risk of cross-contact.

If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order.

 

Delivery & Pickup

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time. Failure to pick up may result in product spoilage and no refund will be issued.

Refunds & Returns​

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns Once the products has been handed to you we are no longer responsible for any damages. 

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within [24hours] of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, especially for custom or event orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Photos

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Designs

is the property of Sucre Dip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sucre Dip shall not be liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

Your purchase and use of our products is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
